What is Technado?
Technado.com is a technology reviews aggregator that grabs critic reviews from the top technology sites around the web and puts them together in one place.
So what sets Technado apart from the other product review aggregators? Our unique theme and rating system are aimed at making it easy (and fun) for anyone attempting to read up on professional critic reviews for new tech products. We aim to make it as simple as possible to get a quick overall score when a user wants to get a general idea of how a new product is being received by the top tech reviewers.
Our simple Technado Score is calculated and displayed in several different areas on our site to make it very easy to see how each product is received by the top professional reviewers.
In each product review page, all product scores will have one of three icons next to them depending on their overall "Technado Score." The products that score 74 or lower will have a smoking blue-screen-of-death monitor next to their score. A green tornado will be seen next to the score of a product if the product has a "Technado Score" between 75 and 94. On very rare occasions, if a product receives a score of 95 or higher, it will receive a gold tornado (also known as our "Perfect Storm" award). These products are the absolute best in their category and you should not hesitate purchasing them if you were looking to do so.
*Every product added to Technado's database contains all of the top critic reviews that we could find at the time. The reviews scores will be adjusted and updated periodically as more reviews from other top sites become available.
